Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients for 12 Shrimp
For the Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp
In one container place:
-3/4 Cup of Panko
-3/4 Cup of Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
In a bowl place:
-3/4 Cup of Coconut Water
In another container, you need:
3/4 Cup of Corn Starch
1/2 TSP of Salt
Three-step coating process:
First, dip the shrimp into the Corn Starch mix, after into the Egg Wash, and end with a beautiful coat of the Panko and Coconut.
Add 1 TBS of YUZU into the Egg Wash and the zest of one lemon into the Panko+Coconut mix.
It will add a lemony, sweet, and sour taste that we loved!
Always preheat the Air Fryer for 5-10 minutes and spray a bit of oil into the basket.
Place into your Air Fryer at 350F for about 3-4 minutes.
Turn the shrimp and finish the cooking at 400F for another 1-2 minutes.
